Irwin Steinberg focuses on corporate-commercial transactions, and mergers and acquisitions, servicing client bases ranging from small entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 corporations.
Irwin is not only the founder of our firm (helping to launch the company over 40 years ago), but is also the head of our Business Formation and Acquisitions, Trademarks, Estates and Trusts, Immigration and Real Estate groups. He also specializes in the purchase, sale and financing of pharmacies and related ventures. While studying at Queen's, Irwin won a variety of academic prizes.
Irwin has taught real estate, professional responsibility and business law at the Law Society of Upper Canada, and has written numerous articles on business issues.
As an optimistic young man filled with idealism, Irwin opted for a career in law. He ultimately morphed into commercial work and takes pride in keeping his clients happy.
Back in school, Irwin was on the University of Toronto curling team, but now spends his spare time going on hikes, taking long walks, occasionally running, watching movies and spending time in his winter home.
